Parang Tantari ODP 0832 Ponco 12 various colour This model is inspired by the machete used by a big name in the mountainous world of Malaysia, namely Zulkifli Bin M. Sanuddin a.k.a ‘Ponco’. Ponco is a mountain guide who pioneered many routes, either new routes for a mountain or connecting routes between mountains. Just to name a few tracks, among the routes he pioneered were V3, GST, Mount Shoid, Semangkok-Liang track and many more. To commemorate his services and ‘passion’ for the mountainous world of Malaysia, we immortalized his nickname with our latest model. For this Ponco model we are really focusing on the use of climbers. Therefore, this machete is lightweight, easy to handle, easy to carry, a thinner and lighter sheath and most importantly an affordable price. This model comes with kydex USA 1mm. Ganzo Axe with Saw and Fire Starter FSA01-YE
Ganzo axe is made of steel 3CR13 (modified steel 440A) and polymeric materials for the handle. Steel grade 3CR13 is among stainless, so you can use the axe in any weather. Metal is also well protected from the influence of pitches which may be contained in the wood. However, for better safety, it is better to wipe it dry after use. The blade of the axe is covered with black resistant paint, that removes all the glare of the sun during the work. This detail, in some extent, serves to increase the user's safety. Axe blade width at the basis is only 4,4 cm, but towards the cutting edge it extends to 8 cm. The handle is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon. It is strong and reliable material which isn't susceptible to sudden temperature changes, soaking and hits. Handle length is 34,7 cm, and width — 3,5 cm. The handle extends at the end for preventing accidental slippage of the man hand during firewood cutting. Besides, on the end of the handle there is quite wide opening throughout, into which you can thread the lanyard.
