The company has developed another Ganzo universal grinder, called Touch Steel. Its main characteristics is metal structure which allows no to worry about strength and durability of the tool. By user option, the base of the grinder can be fastened to the table top or other surface (for this purpose there are special holes for bolts). Otherwise, you can hold it so the tool does not move during sharpening knives.
