The height from the table surface to the top of trivet is only 74 mm. It’s the thinnest stove in the Iwatani stoves. It makes it easy to cook and eat. An upright “flame opening” prevents the flames from spreading upward and outward, thus reducing wasted fire that spills from the bottom of the pot. The top plate is made of high performance pre-coated fluorine steel which demonstrates outstanding stain resistance to a variety of cooking spills.
