N8 Re:Fuel Energy Gel is a high performance energy gel that is easy to consume, taste delicious and works almost immediately! As an athlete, carbohydrates are the ultimate fuel source that provides the body with energy to perform bodily functions. As we train, blood sugar levels drop as the body steadily consumes carbohydrates for fuel. Thus it is important that the body is fed with the right amount of carbohydrates at proper intervals to ensure the body is able to continue training optimally.
N8 Re:Fuel Energy Gel supplies the body with 25g of carbohydrates and 100 calories, that on average, is able to supply the body with 30-60 minutes of energy depending on training intensity. A mixture of carbohydrates consisting of fructose, maltodextrin and palatinose allows the carbohydrate to be delivered to the body at a sustained supply therefore ensuring that there is a constant supply to the blood. This also prevent insulin spikes during training keeping the body primed continuously. 50mg of caffeine provides the body with a boost of energy giving mental awareness as well as nootropic benefits.
