The essential vitamins and minerals provide muscle repair, decreasing muscle soreness and include anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative vitamins and minerals to prevent cell damage and improve recovery.
Take tablets with min. 200ml of water.
Add more water depending on strength preference.
