Opinel N°06 Outdoor Stainless Steel
The Opinel No. 6 Inox is the jackknife of French winegrowers. Easy to make, fairly robust and inexpensive. The sharp, rustproof blade does not fold in accidentally and cannot spring open on its own in your pocket and injure you. The blade is secured with the Opinel Virobloc system. To lock the blade, all you have to do is turn the safety ring. The one-piece handle of the Opinel knife is made of dried, long-stored beech wood. A down-to-earth, honest knife that does what it says on the tin: cut!
