N8 Athlete Recovery is a special formula containing the right ratio of carbohydrates and protein that is specifically needed for athletes after training. Athletes require a 4:1 carbohydrate to protein ratio post-workout to replenish lost glycogen depleted during exercise. Consuming carbohydrate immediately post-workout has been found to improve muscle protein synthesis and restore glycogen back into the body so that the body is ready for the next training session! Consuming protein immediately post-workout has also been demonstrated to reduce DOMS(Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and improve the muscular repair process. The protein that is included in the formulation contains Whey Protein, a popular and importantg protein source that is used by countless athletes around the world!
Every sachet is conveniently packed to provide nutrients for athletes on the go. Simply add one sachet into a bottle or shaker, add water, and mix or shake! It is instantized to mix easily and easy to digest. MIx with milk or your other favourite beverage to enhance the experience.
SUGGESTED USE
Directions MIXING Mix one sachet in a shaker or cup with 125-250ml of water and stir/ shake! Adjust water according to preference. Add fruits/ yogurt/ milk of your choice and blend for a creative shake.
DIRECTIONS
Consume one sachet immediately after exercise/workout. For extra recovery: Consume another sachet before bed.
