โข Clean skin before application. Do not apply any moisturisers/cream.
โข Apply minimum 1 hour before exercise. For best results, apply the night before.
โข Do not stretch the tape when applying.
โข Elongate the muscles or joints prior to applying the tape.
โข Always round the edges of the tape when cutting to avoid tape from snagging clothing.
โข Once tape has been applied, rub vigorously with the backing paper to warm adhesive.
โข To remove, pull in direction of body hair and slide fingers along the tape to hold the skin down while at the same time avoid lifting the skin.
