• Clean skin before application. Do not apply any moisturisers/cream.
• Apply minimum 1 hour before exercise. For best results, apply the night before.
• Do not stretch the tape when applying.
• Elongate the muscles or joints prior to applying the tape.
• Always round the edges of the tape when cutting to avoid tape from snagging clothing.
• Once tape has been applied, rub vigorously with the backing paper to warm adhesive.
• To remove, pull in direction of body hair and slide fingers along the tape to hold the skin down while at the same time avoid lifting the skin.
