The Cobber Neck Wrap is a unique product designed to aid against heat and cold discomfort.
To hydrate as a NECK WRAP: Soak entire wrap in clean water for a total of 20 to 30 minutes.
To hydrate as a HEADBAND: Soak entire wrap in clean water for 15-25 minutes
To use as an ICEPACK: Activate Activate in the normal way,, then place in freezer for up to 30 minutes before use.
To use as a HOTPACK: Hydrate Activate in the normal way, then microwave for up to 30 seconds. Test first to make sure the COBBER is not too hot. Now you have a HOT COBBER.
