The BLACK finish on the blade and ring is obtained by a specific treatment (electrolytic bath), this treatment improves the resistance to corrosion (in accordance with food contact). The oak handle from French forests is varnished. This knife offers an excellent cutting quality. The safety ring allows the user to work without any risks.

Material:
Stainless steel: Anodized Sandvik Stainless steel is alloy steel. The addition of chromium increases its resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel does not require any special maintenance.
Matt black blade: This black blade is matt and more resistant to rust than a classic stainless steel blade. This blade is more sensitive to the risk of scratching, be careful not to use abrasive products or sponges when you clean it.
Handle: Our oak comes from France. It is hardwood, very resistant, including insects and fungi thanks to high tannin content. It has a yellow-brown appearance, with regular veining.
Matt black locking ring: Virobloc made in stainless steel with a specific black treatment which improves the protection against corrosion. This treatment is scratch-sensitive, be careful not to use abrasive products or abrasive sponges when cleaning.
Care: 12C27 modified stainless steel is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% provides an excellent cutting edge.
