Ganzo axe is made of steel 3CR13 (modified steel 440A) and polymeric materials for the handle. Steel grade 3CR13 is among stainless, so you can use the axe in any weather. Metal is also well protected from the influence of pitches which may be contained in the wood. However, for better safety, it is better to wipe it dry after use. The blade of the axe is covered with black resistant paint, that removes all the glare of the sun during the work. This detail, in some extent, serves to increase the user’s safety. The FSA02-YE has a hammer with a surface diameter of 3.8 cm, but towards the cutting edge of the axe it extends to 13.5 cm. The handle is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon. It is strong and reliable material which isn’t susceptible to sudden temperature changes, soaking and hits. Handle length is 36.7 cm, and width — 3.8 cm. The handle has groves at the end for preventing accidental slippage of the man hand during firewood cutting.
The saw is stored within the handle of the axe. You can access the saw by twisting the lock and repositioning the saw to use it. The total size of this tool is 44.3 cm, 23.8 cm of which falls on the blade of the same steel, as for the axe. The blade edge is serrated. The handle is made of the Reinforced Nylon Glass Fiber with high strength. The third element in the set – the flint, which will help to strike a spark and to kindle fire in any weather. The distinct advantage of the flint is that it won’t break as easily as a lighter, and still works even after getting wet unlike matches. Flint length is 7 cm and it weighs only 11 grams. The storage location of this accessory is on the axe case. The case is made of well noticeable yellow plastic and completely covers the sharp edge when the axe isn’t used.
